Sign in with GoogleRestart the Remote Desktop session
Use this if Remote Desktop connects but you get a black screen. It clears the stuck session on the server so a fresh one is built when you reconnect.
Your internet address isn't allowed in yet
The server only accepts Remote Desktop from known addresses. Yours () isn't one of them, so you'd be locked out after the restart.
Pick the entry below that you want to replace with your address. If you're not sure, choose one that looks like an old address for you.
This changes one firewall rule. Nothing else on the server is touched.
